Standard
Service All parcels are delivered in the USA before 10:30am next
morning, as long as we are able to collect from your premises
before 2:00pm. All of our parcels headed for New York can
be collected as late as 5:30pm to be delivered Next Day (this is
not a 10:30 am service).
Friday
Collections We are able to collect all of your parcels at 5:30pm every
Friday for us still to achieve a Next Day Monday delivery in the
USA.
Restrictions Due to the nature of the Concorde Service we are unable to
carry the following:
Shipments
requiring formal entry
Clothing items
or personal effects
Shipments
exceeding 32kg
Quota items
Any other
shipment with special customs requirements
